Aeterna Invicta

Request deletion of your Aeterna Invicta account and its personal data. You do not need the app to use this page. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

• Deleted: username and password, sign-in sessions, stored IP address and approximate location, collection, decks, Currency, progress, records, settings, chat messages, support tickets, match logs you played in, and server activity log entries about you.
• Kept for a limited time: player reports about your account (12 months, for safety), operational emails already delivered to our mailbox (90 days), support emails you sent us (up to 12 months), and backups (30 days). Reports you filed are kept without your username.
• Guest sessions do not have passwords. They are deleted automatically after 24 hours, or when you sign out of them.
• You can also delete your account in the game under Settings > Account > Delete Account, or email aeternainvicta.ccg@gmail.com with the subject “Aeterna Invicta Account Deletion” (never send your password). Details are in our Privacy and Data Safety Policy.
