Common Questions

  • Account deletion: delete your account in the game under Settings > Account > Delete Account or on the web at aeternainvicta.com/delete-account.
  • Privacy requests: see our Privacy and Data Safety Policy for what we collect and how to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
  • Reporting a player: open their profile or the in-match player preview and choose Report. You can also Block them to hide their chat and emotes. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
  • Guest accounts: guest progress is deleted after 24 hours unless you create a registered account.
  • Passwords: change your password from Settings > Account. ATN DEV will never ask for your password.
  • Community: join the Discord to chat with other players.
